Pleasant Pines Daycare offers a convenient, flat rate of $42.50 per day for 2 months old to age 2 .
$35 per day for ages 3-5; school age $30 per day
Attendance may not exceed 10 hours. Easy, simple, convenient!
Payment Schedule & Fees
Tuition is due weekly on Fridays by 6:00 pm. Payment methods include cash, check and credit card. A $10 fee will be applied if payment is late.
Non-refundable $40 registration fee per family due at time of enrollment.
When a child is out sick, payment is still due for days child was absent.
Vacation days per family: Each family will receive equivalent days off based on your contracted days. For example, if your normal contract is three days a week, then you will receive three vacation days.
A vacation request form needs to be submitted or emailed. If you use all of your days, you will be charged for days not in attendance.
Clients will still pay when Pleasant Pines is closed due to weather/vacation/calendar closing since the budget is based on enrollment. Clients do not have to pay when I take a personal day/sick day.
A late pick-up fee of $5 for every additional 15 minutes may apply.
Pleasant Pines Daycare reserves the right to discontinue services for any reason including but not limited to:
Non-payment of services.
Lack of cooperation from parents with the center’s efforts to resolve differences, and/or to meet the child’s needs through parent/teacher conferences.
Abusive behavior and/or verbal threats by parents toward the director, children or other parents.
A child exhibits needs the center cannot meet.
A child exhibits behaviors that are a threat to other children attending the center.
Discontinuation of Services by Pleasant Pines Daycare
When the parents decide to terminate childcare, a two-week notice in writing is requested.
